With hands-on experience across China, Japan, and the U.S., I lead end-to-end AI execution across diverse markets and teams. I have experience across sales, internal operations, and organizational process improvement, and most recently completed work as a corporate advisor supporting internal controls and operational restructuring. I have since shifted my focus toward AI, data analysis, and LLMs, primarily through hands-on learning and participating in competitions. Moving forward, I aim to combine my operational background with practical AI implementation and bring these capabilities into real-world business use. I am also exploring small-scale angel investment opportunities in fields with strong future potential.

This includes model evaluation, feature engineering, workflow refinement, and exploratory prototypes for small AI tools.
