Devlelopment of the overall program
Hi, I'm Changyu. I focus on building private AI solutions that are practical, secure, and easy to use. My passion is applying AI to real-world problems—designing tools that help people create value while keeping full control of their data.
With hands-on experience across China, Japan, and the U.S., I lead end-to-end AI execution across diverse markets and teams. From shaping early concepts to deploying scalable, privacy-first systems, I take an entrepreneurial approach to turning ideas into results.

Test of the overall program and prepration of deck
I have experience across sales, internal operations, and organizational process improvement, and most recently completed work as a corporate advisor supporting internal controls and operational restructuring. I have since shifted my focus toward AI, data analysis, and LLMs, primarily through hands-on learning and participating in competitions. My GitHub includes ongoing experiments, model evaluations, and analytical workflows. Moving forward, I aim to combine my operational background with practical AI implementation and bring these capabilities into real-world business use. I am also exploring small-scale angel investment opportunities in fields with strong future potential.
I’m interested in integrating AI into real operational settings, applying LLMs for workflow optimization, exploring evaluation methods, and enabling data-driven decision-making. I’m also interested in early-stage technology projects and small-scale angel investment. I welcome collaboration with developers and researchers working on practical AI applications.
I’m currently focusing on strengthening my practical skills in AI/LLMs through experiments and competitions, documented on GitHub. This includes model evaluation, feature engineering, workflow refinement, and exploratory prototypes for small AI tools. I am also organizing technical notes and findings to prepare for future real-world AI applications.
